Avocado: Yields light pinks/peach also greys & light browns

The fruit tree originates in Mexico and ranges from Costa Rica, Columbia and Peru to Ecuador. Later introduced to the U.S. in 1825 and then to Florida & Hawaii in 1833 followed by California in 1856.

The avocado fruit, also called alligator pear,  is one large berry with a single large pit or seed.

Health benefits include more than 20 vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, high in potassium, vitamins C, E, B. Good for the eyes; boosts collagen production for beautiful skin; soothes inflammation; good digestion and bowel movements with less gas or bloating and supports the immune system.
