DK - Wensleydale “ Indigo

Pure 100% Wensleydale is a luxurious, soft, worsted spun yarn in the longwool family. It has gorgeous sheen and lustre, a wonderful drape and takes to natural dye beautifully. Excellent choice for sweaters & shawls, cowls and any special project in mind. It is a rare, at risk sheep breed from Yorkshire UK. It’s highly prized with spinners, as well as knitters and dyers for the high-quality, long, wavy staples.
