The Trifecta mystery KAL is a shawl designed by Evin B O'Keeffe, to raise funds for Gary Boston's Aids/LifeCycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
The yarn I selected and dyed is three skeins of DK, solid, variegated, and one neutral. I used cochineal, lac, and indigo. The base is Polwarth, a fantastic breed with Lincoln and Merino bloodlines.
The mystery KAL takes place in January and February 2022
$30 from each kit will be donated to Gary Boston's Aids/LifeCycle ride.
Naturally dyed in small batches — colour varies a little from skein to skein and from photo to screen. That variation is the point.
